Sunday - Saturday $2,000
Major/Legal Holidays

Rate includes

  • 30 72-inch round tables, 18 6-foot banquet tables and 300 black mesh chairs
  • Security guards before, during and after event
  • Table and chair set up/tear down
  • Free on-site wireless internet
  • Use of large, beautifully landscaped outdoor areas
  • Pre-arranged 4-hour decorating time on event day

Additional information

  • Outside catering, bartending, linen & decor services welcomed.
  • Catering service must be licensed and insured
  • All alcohol must be served by a licensed & insured bar service
  • A signed contract, $500 deposit (nonrefundable) and $200 (refundable) damage deposit are required to secure the date
  • The $500 deposit goes toward the overall rental fee
  • Contract balance must be paid in full 30 days before event
  • Events are by invitation only, no admission may be charged
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
